Garrick has loved art all his life, he has drawings from when he was 6 years old. He received his degree in illustration from the University of Utah in 2004.

Garrick’s specialty is editorial illustration and has done work for The Event, City Weekly, The Catalyst, S.L.U.G. Magazine and many other local publications.

He was voted into the Society of Illustrators in 2005 and won an Artsy Award for Most Colorful Artist in 2006.

Garrick is currently enrolled in Joe Kubert’s School of Cartoon and Comic Book Art pursuing his life long dream of being a professional comic book artist.
